The open board meeting of Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at 6:30 PM at the Golf Pavilion has been cancelled due to lack of quorum of the Board.
The meeting has been rescheduled for Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at 6:30 at the Golf Pavilion. The agenda for the open meeting will be distributed to you via Town Square a few days before the meeting and will also be posted on the bulletin boards throughout the community.

The following message was sent out by the HOA concerning the maintenance problem at PFE gate. No further details are known at this time
“The entrance gate at PFE has been in the open position due to an electrical problem that involves SMUD. The gate repair is scheduled and will be completed as soon as possible, with an expected date of September 12.Working with Stonegate Protection, we will have a greeter at the PFE entrance starting this evening until the repairs are done. We know this issue has been a source of concern for residents because the open gate provides free access to the community. Thank you for your patience while the gate remains open and the repairs are completed.
