A few days ago Morgan CreekLLC resubmitted an application to the County to develop the golf course property with homes. The HOA Board in an email blast suggested this new application under revised SB 330 rules is deemed complete. We have some conflicting information suggesting that this is a resubmission of the Preliminary application which the new rules allow, and not a new one.

The County has 30 days to continue its review and determine if it is sufficient to proceed to the next step of a Final application. There are still many steps before approval as a project such as environmental impact, consistency with the overall county plan, etc.

Our understanding is that the resubmitted application is deemed complete but not yet approved. We should have more information on this by the end of next week. Stay tuned.
