There will be an open meeting of the HOA Board tonight to discuss election results and the status/charter of the Golf Course Committee.  It will be at Creekview Ranch School at 6:00 pm.    For those of you who wish to attend there will also be an open forum as required by the bylaws. Meeting agenda February 12, 2019

It seems that James Shelby may have withdrawn, opening the possibility a run off election may not be required.  Stay tuned for more information.

The following announcement was  apparently posted to Town Square on Wednesday.  MOC – Voting Results – 2019.  Sharon Combs and Mike McKenna were elected.  There will be a runoff election between the next best vote-getters, James Shelby and Chris Quam.

Our apologies for not publishing this sooner but we never received the Town Square email announcing the announcement.

The Annual meeting of the HOA is being held Tuesday, February 5 at 6:30 pm at the Morgan Creek Pavilion.  The primary agenda item is the election of three directors.  If you have not already mailed in your ballots which you should have received by mail, you can bring them to the meeting.  Associa will also have additional ballots on hand if you have lost or not received your mailed ballot.

No excuses people.  If you haven’t already, you do need to vote.  With so many pressing issues, the Association  needs your participation.
