The Annual meeting of the HOA is being held Tuesday, February 5 at 6:30 pm at the Morgan Creek Pavilion. The primary agenda item is the election of three directors. If you have not already mailed in your ballots which you should have received by mail, you can bring them to the meeting. Associa will also have additional ballots on hand if you have lost or not received your mailed ballot.
No excuses people. If you haven’t already, you do need to vote. With so many pressing issues, the Association needs your participation.

Incredible as it may seem, I asked a Board member for results earlier today. I was told they would ONLY be released by Associa on Town Sq later today. Here we are in the evening, nearly 24 hours after the polls closed and we have nothing to report. You will get them from us PROMPTLY if and when our governing body chooses to share!

Nothing of substance was discussed. Only two board members were present. They had to have the third phone in to achieve a Board quorum and certify the election. We understand there were sufficient ballots to achieve a quorum and the election should count. The primary aagenda item was the election. We still await results.
