Morgan Creek , LLC, the golf course operator, has allowed their preliminary development application to lapse. The County sent them a letter today advising this. Should they wish to continue, they will have to file a new application. Good news for now! We’ve enclosed a copy of the letter below.
All they have to do is resubmit the same plans so I would just consider this a pause for whatever reason.
True, but each submission costs them time and money. Also an indication of their resolve!
