Morgan Creel, LLC has submitted a pre-application to Placer County. This time their plan is to build 48 single family homes on the south side only. The filing is again under the expedited SB330. This change will eliminate the need to change zoning, a major roadblock to their last application. We’ll let you know as things evolve.

is there a site map that shows lot sizes and the exact location on where these would be built with regards Morgan Creek south?
We need to see the site plan of where the 59 new homes will be built.
We don’t have specifics of this new submission. However, if it follows the original plan there would be two roads branching off Pinehurst immediately inside the PFE gate. One road would wrap around the south side of Pinehurst and have houses on either side. The second would wrap around the east side of Pinehurst also with houses on either side. There would be no space between the new homes and the existing Pinehurst lots. Forty-eight homes in total are planned. Hope that helps.
