WE VOTED FOR CHANGE. NOW WE HAVE TO FINISH IT.

232 voted to remove Stephanie. Only 60 no.
234 voted to remove Steven. Only 58 no.

That is the community speaking.

And yet due to their last minute questionable rule change, nothing has changed.
Stephanie is still in power with Rod, and Steven. They still control the board.

This election on March 24 is how we fix that. VOTE!

There are TWO seats.

If we spread votes across multiple candidates, the current majority stays in control.
If we stay focused, we take it back.

Right now:
• Compliance is inconsistent and selective
• Transparency is lacking
• Committees are being controlled for personal gain instead of representing the community
• Financial decisions lack proper oversight

We need to get back to:
• Clear, consistent enforcement
• Open communication and transparency
• Committees led by volunteers who represent the community
• A proper, independent review of the budget and reserves

When your ballot arrives, vote for BOTH:
• Pam Porter
• Newton Kwan

That’s it. Don’t overthink it. Don’t split your vote. One vote each.

If the same homeowners who voted for change do this again, the board flips.

Let’s also be clear:

The other candidates being promoted were hand selected and supported by the current majority. Electing them keeps the same voting block in place.

We already made our voices heard. Now we need to follow through.

Watch for your ballot.
Vote immediately.
Vote Pam and Newton.

This is how we take back control of our community.

  1. Yes we voted for change. Who came up with these 2 candidates ? Electing Pam Porter is just more of the same. I will certainly not vote for her.

    1. Hi Jana, there are only four candidates. Wes withdrew and plans to run next year.

The other two candidates are aligned with the current majority. Pam and Newton are the only path to changing that.

Pam has consistently pushed for following our CC&Rs and keeping decisions transparent. With the current voting block, her ability to influence outcomes has been limited.

If we elect Pam and Newton alongside Lorenzo, we restore balance, transparency, and proper governance.

Not voting for Pam effectively keeps the current majority in place.

      1. U can’t count on Pam. She talks a good story but she is weak and doesn’t follow through. Sorry- no vote

  2. No Vote for Pam Porter Have not seen any evidence of this board member being knowledgeable in her position. Puppet #1

No Vote for Newton Khawn why would we vote for a man that QUIT the Board in the past. Just another puppet!

    1. Who else is running? I haven’t seen any info on anyone other than the people recommended in this blog. I don’t know how these name were chosen.

      1. Fom the pre-ballot notice:

        • Newton Kwan
        • Wes Owsley
        • Pamela C. Porter
        • Matthew Riley
        • Gurjeet Singh

You should have gotten their bios in the mail.

    1. Hi Beryl, Wes decided to run next year instead. A vote for anyone other than Pam and Newton is the same as a vote for Stephanie and Steven. A vote for Mathew or Gurjeet will give them the majority and we do NOT want that.

  3. Those of you on here making assumptions about Matt Riley are showing your ignorance. My husband is no “puppet” for anyone. Check your facts (or lack thereof) before you start posting unfounded and ridiculous comments. I will not hide behind an anonymous name like others. I assure you my husband has no alliance or allegiance to ANYONE on the board. He deserves to be able to speak for himself and his candidacy just as everyone else running for the board without erroneous post on here acting like they know everything.

    1. If we have made an incorrect speculation concerning Matt Riley, we sincerely apologize. If Matt replies with an affirmation that he is in no way affiliated with the board members subject to the recall, we will happily accept his candidate statement for publication.
