The HOA Board has scheduled a regular meeting and open forum to be held Tuesday, July 16. As usual it will be at 6:30 pm in the pavilion.
You are all encouraged to attend and actively participate in YOUR Community affairs. This is your opportunity to let your Board know how you feel about the issues of most interest to you. We’ll see you there.
I know the agendas for these meetings are posted on the outdoor bulletin boards throughout the community, but it would be nice and convenient if they could also be posted on Town Square – how difficult would that be??
They are. There was a recent posting for this meeting. Not everyone uses Town Square. Sign in can be difficult.
I SAW WHERE THEY ANNOUNCED THE MEETING BUT I DID NOT SEE THE AGENDA???
I am currently out of the state on a family medical issue so unable to attend the meeting. My home is currently for sale and a prospective buyer asked if the community landscapers/gardeners used “Roundup” or the chemical deemed cancerous in the villa area and the common areas in the community. I emailed the office and was told they would find out. It has been over a week and no response. Can anyone answer my question? I have potentially lost a sale due to this….

Jonell, I have submitted a number of questions and concerns to the office without receiving a response other than a generic “the Board will be addressing the issues”? It seems a more complete and direct response would be appropriate.
Was the issue of Roundup ever addressed?

What’s going on with this Board and Associa? Why can’t they simply address people’s concerns and communicate with the homeowners??
