It has been brought to our attention that some folks are bypassing or moving barricades set up for our asphalt sealing, then driving on and damaging the newly sealed but not cured surface. DON’T DO IT!
Road closure notices have been out for over a month so plenty of time for all to plan vehicle parking around them. Yet some folks are knowingly ignoring this and destroying the new surface.
It doesn’t take rocket science to understand that having to reseal after this damage is beyond the scope of our contract. WE WILL ALL PAY WITH HIGHER DUES if this persists.
Please be considerate and honor the barricades. If you see a neighbor tempted to do so, warn them. Common sense, people.
Just drive around to see who has black tire streaks in the driveway…then fine them
There were very few instances of residents driving around barricades and causing damage when the roads were previously sealed – what’s different this time? Just curious – any thoughts??
The people violating the warnings should be the ones to pay the damages
Why should I pay for the repairs when I did not cause the damages
